TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COPPER HEATER:
Water heater: Made of Cu copper specially shaped in 2 cups that are joined together with a single welding seam.
Mantle: Made of copper without impurities and in accordance with international copper standards.
Cold water inlet and hot water outlet: Copper pipes with diameter Ø 21 X 2.2 and thread ½΄΄.
Closed safety valve fitting nozzle: Copper pipe ½΄΄.
Insulation: High density expanded polyurethane (44 kgr / m3) 60 mm thick.
Thermal conductivity of insulation: 0.0180 W / mK.
Outer casing: in four types according to your needs (gray-inox-white-tile).
Side lids: specially designed and shaped pressed-button lids, without auxiliary rivet retention.
Electrical resistance: power according to the regulations of the country of destination with a thermostat of monopolar control and bipolar protection.
The resistor is adapted to a specially shaped 3 mm brass flange with a thread of 8 screws, for easy installation or replacement in the boiler in case of wear.
Receptacle for the thermostat stem.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PHAETHON SELECTIVE COLLECTOR:
Frame: aluminum profile, advanced design with internal corner aluminum connectors that ensure the perfect fit of the frame and the robustness of the whole construction
2. Collector back: European gray steel sheet (ral 9006) mounted without auxiliary retainer from fully sealed rivets
3. Crystal: safety tempered high permeability 4 mm with E.P.D.M rubber for complete sealing
4. Back insulation: stone wool (d = 50kg / m3)
5. Lateral insulation: stone wool (d = 50kg / m3)
6. Absorber: single surface of aluminum (full plate) 0.5 mm, selective painting with high technology laser
7. Absorber piping: copper pipes Ø 8 mm & Ø 22 mm
8. Specially designed oval rubber, adapted to the copper pipes of the collector, to avoid thermal bridges from the phenomenon of expansion – contraction.
